What is Echoary?
Echoary is a bilingual AI interactive fiction product. It combines authored story worlds with player choices and free-form actions, then carries relevant story facts, relationships, clues, risks, and character knowledge into later turns.

How the product works
A player opens a published story, reads its public premise, then chooses a suggested action or writes one. An account is required before a model-generated continuation is requested. Structured story rules constrain what can change while the model writes the next scene.

What Echoary is designed to preserve
Characters respond from information they could know. Private messages do not automatically become public facts. Choices can affect relationships, evidence, risk, available information, and later conflict instead of resetting after each turn.

Current boundaries
Echoary is an evolving story application, not a promise of unlimited branches or identical model output. Published stories have authored boundaries, and the product aims for visible continuity inside those boundaries.
